Coordinates all volunteer and contractor maintenance activities needed to maintain the Church and Bethlehem House and their grounds in good repair. Monitors the Church cleaning contractor.

Distributes and controls the Church keys as required Provides weekly maintenance checks and replacement for the facilities lighting Provides weekly maintenance checks and repair for the facilities lavatories. Provides monthly maintenance checks and filter replacements for the facilities HVAC.

This committee sees to the proper maintenance and protection of all the property of the Congregation and shall take care that the same is kept in good repair through volunteers and self when applicable.
