Schedules the Ushers, Communion Assistants, Readers, Pastor Assistants and Greeters for the 8:30 and 11:00 services. Provides list to Church Secretary for mailing the month prior.

Finds and trains replacements as necessary.

Responsible for the maintenance of church organ and other instruments needed at worship services.

This ministry assists the Congregation Council in seeing that the services of God's house are conducted regularly and in accordance with the liturgy of the Evangelical Lutheran Church, that competent Ushers are recruited and trained, and that the worship books and other devotional materials are provided and properly cared for. This committee shall strive to advance the welfare and effective services of the Choirs for the congregation, as well as furnishing music supplies appropriate for use in the worship of a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. It shall also arrange for the care of paraments, vestments and musical instruments in consultation of the Pastor, organist and Choir Director with coordination of all prior to the worship service.
